Full Members

All serving men and women below Commissioned Rank of Her Majesty's Armed Forces , including the Royal Naval Reserve
Royal Marines Reserve , Territorial Army , Royal Auxiliary Air Force and adult members of Cadet Forces are
automatically Full Members of the Club .

Ex-Service men and women of both the Regular and Volunteer Reserve Forces, provided they served satisfactorily for a minimum of two years and did not attain commissioned rank, can apply for Ex-Service Membership.

Full Members can use the Club and its facilities at any time.

Entrance Fee and Subscription

A £25 Entrance Fee is payable upon joining the Club, plus a £17 annual subscription which runs for the calendar year.

From the 1st May 2008 the £25 entrance fee will be waivered for all those service leavers who apply for membership within 2 years of leaving the service. 

Please note that Ex Service members of the Royal British Legion (Proof of Legion Membership must be given) also qualify for a waiver of the £25 entrance fee.

For the first year of membership, the subscription is pro-rata as below:

Joining during January and February: £25 + £17.00 = £42.00
Joining during March and April: £25 + £12.75 = £37.75 
Joining during May to September: £25 + £8.50 = £ 33.50
Joining during October to December: £25 + £4.25 = £29.25

Temporary Honorary Members

Temporary Honorary Membership is available to Ex-Service men and women who do not wish to apply for
full membership, to serving and retired Officers for whom special rates apply, to members of certain
designated organisations and to members of Armed Forces of other Countries.

Temporary Honorary Members may only use the facilities whilst they are accommodated in the Club.
