Marcin Koch, our Head Chef, is pleased to present the following banqueting menus to suit every occasion, drawing inspiration from classic and traditional dishes and developing his own light, fresh banqueting menus. The menus are composed with the ‘Best of British’ seasonal produce and our philosophy is to use the finest ingredients available.
